Lawler Contracting Services, LLC was founded by Ben Lawler. Benjamin Christopher Lawler passed away peacefully on September 26, 2024 at the age of 46 after a courageous seven month battle with pancreatic cancer. Ben was deeply dedicated to our clients and the success of Lawler Contracting Services, LLC. His passion, vision, honesty and commitment to quality workmanship were the cornerstone of our business. We will forever cherish the legacy he has left behind. Tammy Lawler, Ben’s wife and partner, has assumed all leadership roles that Ben and her previously shared. We want to assure you that Lawler Contracting Services, LLC remains committed to providing the same high level of service you have come to expect, we are united in carrying forward Ben’s vision and values. Ben was involved in residential and commercial contracting for over 20 years. His experiences ranged from "hands on" self performing for local clients to senior level management on a national level. Ben's experiences lead him the perspective to truly understand a project on multiple levels and help ensure the desired outcome for all involved.
Assistant Project Manager-Sheamus Lawler
Sheamus Lawler is the youngest son of Ben and Tammy Lawler. Sheamus grew up in the business. He graduated from Austin Community College with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Architectural and Engineering Computer Aided Design in 2024. Along with earing his Certification in Architectural and Engineering Computer Aided Design. He is a valuable asset to the company bringing in positive changes, while out in the field making sure everything is running smoothly.
Our Girls…
Harper is our all white mixed breed great pyrenees that we rescued at about 5-6 months old in 2019.
Hailey our black and white mixed breed dog that has been a member of our family since she was nine weeks old was rescued in 2013. Unfortunately, Hailey went to doggy heaven in December 2023. We pray the Ben and Hailey are taking tons of hikes together in Heaven. Until we meet again…
OWNER - TAMMY LAWLER
I am a quality focused, self motivated and tenacious professional with an exceptional eye for detail who is able to balance many tasks simultaneously while maintaining a level of quality that my clients and colleagues have come to expect. I truly enjoy a challenge; not only for the sake of the challenge, but also for the thrill of success that comes with providing solutions and the satisfaction of knowing that my efforts play a major role in accomplishing the task at hand.
My professional philosophy is simple: strive to have happy clients that feel confident referring us to their friends and family. How do I accomplish that? With dedication and hard work. With open and honest communication.
Ben and I met while I was an Architectural bridge painter. Switching careers as our family grew, I spent over 10 years in multiple facets of the real estate industry. I joined the family business in 2013. As the Austin area continued to grow so did the demand for our services. I left the real estate industry and came on board full time to help keep up with the demand. I am involved in every aspect of the business. When I’m not scheduling client consultations, coordinating crews or signing contracts, I can be found on-site doing everything from Tear out Tuesdays to Finish Fridays.
Associate Project Manager -Nickolas Dismore
Nick has been working in the Customer Service industry for over two decades. While Nick was playing golf for Cardinal Stritch University, his life took him to Louisianna where while owning and operating two franchises in the event rental business, he obtained his Bachelor Degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. He then went on to manage and instruct golf at a country club for 5 years moving on to own his own landscaping business. Nickolas brings not only elite customer satisfaction but also an array of experience in managing, landscaping, and demolition experience. Only to have his creative ability and bilingal skills added bonuses.
